Millerods Releases
XF!
Millerods has released its latest model Bream Buster, the ‘XF'.
Offered as their highest performer for the light spin mark et, this rod
features a new enhanced casting action and combination titanium guides
as well as the now-expected Millerods quality craftsmanship.
The length and specifications are the same as the existing Bream Buster ‘Finesse'
rod, one of the most popular bream spinning rods amongst tournament anglers.
“The Bream Buster ‘Finesse' has set many bench mark s in tournament
fishing, being the preferred rod for many tournament winners, all the
way to the BREAM Grand Final,” says Millerods boss Ian ‘Barra' Miller. “But
I always believe in continual improvement and in this case I was after
enhanced casting performance and superior ability to use fine leaders.
“Subsequently I enhanced the Finesse action to better utilise the Bream
Buster design for this purpose, and researched a guide combination that
delivers the most trouble-free operation and even more balanced than
before. But I retained the fish-fighting power and sensitivity that have
helped make Bream Busters the yardstick in tournament bream fishing rods.

| “I wouldn't have believed that there would be anything
better than my trusted Bream Buster Finesse – but now I've used the
XF, I don't want to put it down and from the very first cast I loved
it! It simply makes me want to go fishing and has also improved my
casting,” said Tim. |
“And the result is the ‘XF' – a rod that has received amazing support
from the anglers that tried this model during the months of on-water
development both in and out of bream tournaments. In fact, I have purposefully
delayed the release of this rod due to demand that has been generated
simply through word of mouth!”
Leading tournament anglers including Tim Morgan agree.
“I wouldn't have believed that there would be anything better than my
trusted Bream Buster Finesse – but now I've used the XF, I don't want
to put it down and from the very first cast I loved it! It simply makes
me want to go fishing and has also improved my casting,” said Tim.
While the ‘XF' will be offered standard with a combination of the latest
Fuji lightweight titanium SiC (T-ATSG) and Recoil titanium wire guides
and top, they will also be available with Fuji Alconites and with Fuji
T-ATSG guides throughout for those who are after the most cost-effective
option and/or intend to use their XF with ultra-light monofilament lines.
“And we'll still be making the ‘Finesse' model of course” adds Miller. “It's
so popular I'd probably be in trouble if I didn't!” he added.
