On the homepage there is a big banner in the middle of the page that will redirect you to the forum, it reads "Click here to visit the Black Diamond Coffee Lounge".

Did you find it okay?
You can access it by the means mentioned or if you are on the website, the word "Forum" is at the top of the left hand menu bar. Just click there as it opens in new window (which is the address Bill gave).
