Out of complete Boredom,
I sometimes wonder the reason alot of us choose our nicknames on sportsfish, besides the obvious names like Stevo, because thats what alot call me, theres some interesting nicks that would have an interesting story behind them for laughs, like Numnut and Phantom Nose Picker to name a couple
So come on guys if you dont mind, spill the beans

Try typing FastEddie when your keyboard skills are limited to hunt & peck using one finger & no idea where the letters are on the keyboard. Now I can type but the handle has stayed. fed@comcen.com.au

Mines stems from a lady friend who runs a fruit & vege shop ,
She gets a weird kick out of leaving her name for calling salesman etc, as Amanda Rheen.

Give a man a fish and you'll feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and he will spend all day in a boat with his mates drinking beer |

G`day Fellas, Now, my sometimes wicked sense of humour,is begging me to say that I am a male nurse and work in the obstetrics section,But as that would not be true,so I must not. Ok,OK, I`m evil, I know, I know,!!!. Mick

A HYPERCOLOR shirt????????
Jeeze mate that's showing your age.... and taste...
No wonder your heads a bit bent.... going out in public wearing that
Did you have leg warmers as well
To get back to the question.... my nick is pretty obvious, if you ever see DaveW on any site in Aus it's me.... I register it on all I find
I much prefer real names (or close to it) as screen names.... mainly because some anonymous users (not nessesarily on here ) love causing $hitfights... and they're easier to hunt down and turn into red mist if they use a real name
Cheers,
DaveW

Mine comes from my trade. A lot of the old time French Polishers were known as "Shiners" and it sort of stuck over the years
